Negative Google reviews cannot be manipulated by using the same methods as with dealing with news items.
Alternative methods are:
- Get genuine positive Google Reviews by providing a great service and following up with satisfied customers
- If the reviews are fake you can request that Google remove them.
- Legal recourse if the reviews are either fake or include what you would consider to be defamation.
